Institutional Framework
The framework below is proposed. It is not a notified organisational order.
A governing or advisory layer would set research ethics, financial propriety and public-information standards. A director or head of institution would coordinate academic, conservation, museum, digital, education and administrative divisions. Cross-cutting units would include library and archives, IT and digital services, and public outreach.
Policies for privacy, security, content review, archival and accessibility are drafted on this website so that the information lifecycle is visible from the first day of the portal.
